WHAT: This latest educational forum hosted by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission will feature top racing experts from across the country to discuss the current state of the Thoroughbred and Standardbred industry. The morning session of the forum will also provide the latest information regarding the federal perspective on horse racing. The afternoon session of the forum will also include policy discussion on matters related to Massachusetts such as the Race Horse Development Fund, the timing of the issuance of expanded gaming licenses and practical effects on horse racing and the effects of the state pari-mutuel tax reporting and withholding requirements.
