The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking public comment on the following draft regulations:
- 205 CMR 141.00 DRAFT: Surveillance of the gaming establishment
- 205 CMR 142.00 DRAFT: Regulatory monitoring and inspections
Comments must be received by 4:00pm on October 5, 2014. Please email comments to mgccomments@state.ma.us with ‘draft regulation comment’ in the subject line. Please be certain to identify in your comments the section number of the regulation for which you are commenting.
The Commission will review any comments received, update the proposed regulations as necessary, and hold a public hearing on the matters. The public hearing, including a formal comment period, will soon be scheduled.
