The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking public comment on the following draft regulations:
- 205 CMR 146.00 DRAFT: Gaming Equipment
Please email comments to mgccomments@state.ma.us with “draft regulation comment” in the subject line. All written comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on November 17, 2014. The Commission will review any comments received, update the draft regulations where appropriate, and hold a public hearing on the matter. The public hearing, including a formal comment period, has not yet been scheduled.
