The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking public comment on the following regulation amendments:
- 205 CMR XX.00 DRAFT: Race Horse Development Fund
Please email comments to mgccomments@state.ma.us with ‘draft regulation comment’ in the subject line. Comments must be received by 5:00pm on Friday, November 7, 2014. The Commission will review any comments received, update the proposed regulations as necessary, and hold a public hearing on the matters. The public hearing, including a formal comment period, has not yet been scheduled.
